2026.08 Confluence sync

• Synchronized the Event Router baseline from the 19 August 2026 Confluence export.
• Documented Router outbox retry, encrypted payload storage, cache refresh, and current partitioning constraints.
• Added the D8 Transaction Services route and topic snapshot for rules 38–43.
• Added the Stronghold/D8 performance testing plan and marked missing numeric SLO values as pending agreement.
• Excluded credentials and other sensitive values found in source exports from portal content.
• Switched the production build script to Webpack after the default Turbopack build repeatedly stalled during compilation.
• Added persistent documentation section navigation with a full portal overview and focused section views.
• Connected the live Swagger and Flows portals and added relevant WSO2 documentation references.
• Added a dedicated D8 Transaction Services page for Router rules 38–43.

2026.07 Preview

• Added the public MTB ESB documentation portal landing page.
• Reworked navigation to separate the static home page from the documentation workspace.
• Replaced Swagger and Flows placeholders with links to the live portals.
• Prepared the documentation sidebar around Introduction, Guides, and Changelog sections.

2026.06 Foundation

• Drafted the first Introduction pages for platform overview and architecture.
• Added deployment and getting-started guide placeholders for integration teams.
• Established generated search metadata and Markdown copy actions for documentation pages.

• Collected API portal, flow map, and release note requirements.
• Defined the first documentation information architecture for MTB ESB consumers.
